Job Description
The Lead Civil Engineer will oversee, coordinate, and manage all civil engineering activities within assigned projects, ensuring designs, construction works, and deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in handling complex civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design review, development, and approval process
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors
- Provide expert technical guidance on civil engineering matters
- Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and reports
- Conduct site inspections
- Monitor construction progress
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Liaise with clients and authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- MME/UPDA License (Mandatory)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar senior position
