Hotel Manager
Job Description
Lead the pre-opening and launch of Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort. Responsible for establishing operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across both brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening planning and execution of all hotel operations
- Establish operational structures, SOPs, and brand standards
- Recruit, onboard, and develop the full hotel leadership team
- Drive a guest-centric culture across both properties
- Oversee daily hotel operations for efficiency and compliance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs
- Align commercial and operational strategies with department heads
- Represent the hotel with ownership and brand representatives
- Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Operations management with extensive experience in Rooms, Food & Beverage management and Spa operations
