Procurement Operations Supervisor
Job Description
The Procurement Operations Supervisor will have overall responsibility for following up on Direct Material orders, developing dashboards for contract status, spend analysis and PO reports, and map/improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on Direct Material orders from ordering to factory arrival
- Map processes and identify gaps for improvement
- Follow up on imported shipments and coordinate with logistics
- Negotiate with suppliers to refund demurrage fees
- Manage supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery
- Attend daily operation and material risk review meetings
- Develop dashboards to monitor performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business or similar field
- 5-7 years in Operations Procurement
- Fluent in English
