Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Aviation team in Dubai. Account Manager - Aviation Partner Solutions will be responsible for maintaining, retaining, enhancing, and growing revenue across the client contract. This role is also responsible for forming strategic partnerships with all current and potential clients, focusing on aviation sectors and other relevant parties to ensure sustained delivery of substantial and consistent growth. Be the main point of contact for the dedicated Operations team, ensuring data integrity & accuracy are always maintained. Liaise with the relevant internal stakeholders including but not limited to finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the business growth of the account by identifying new opportunities
- Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the contract and manage the service delivery
- Prepare quarterly report with monthly operational data
- Monitor billable vs non billable staff
- Report any variations to the contract to the Divisional Manager
- Responsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance
- Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings
- Manage operations team members & employees on site
Qualifications
- 5 – 7 years of experience within a similar industry
- Bachelor’s University Degree within a Finance or related field
