Representative - Inside Sales
Job Description
Interact with existing customers to increase sales of Wesco products and services. Focus on proactive selling techniques to expand current book of accounts and collaborate with outside sales.
Responsibilities
- Obtain orders through email and telephone calls
- Increase orders by suggesting related items and up-selling
- Qualify and develop opportunities from marketing and outside sales
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Review open customer order reports
- Report industry trends and competitive pricing
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-4 years experience in sales and sales administration
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
