Front Office Coordinator
Job Description
A Front Office Coordinator assists in daily Front Office operations and works with customers and Guests to serve their needs and provide an excellent customer service experience. Managing the first impressions of our Guests is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations
- Provide prompt service and seek opportunities to drive Guest satisfaction
- Ensure the team are aware of feedback from Guests or other departments
- Manage, resolve or escalate Guest complaints quickly
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting events
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area
- Attend all Front Office meetings
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- High level of IT proficiency
