Job Description
The Supervisor, Provider Engagement will lead team members who serve as a liaison between the health plan and network providers. This role is responsible for adding strategic and operational value to both the provider network and the health plan by ensuring consistent outreach and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop Provider Engagement Administrators
- Serve as a liaison between Providers and the health plan
- Drive structured outreach initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements
- Deliver provider education on quality metrics and HEDIS measures
- Collaborate with internal teams like Quality and Risk Adjustment
- Ensure team compliance with internal policies and SOPs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare operations or provider relations experience
- Experience in Managed Healthcare or Medicaid/Medicare preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
