Job Description
Move In Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate a growing team of property consultants in both Off-plan and Resales. This is a player-coach role requiring closing individual deals while supporting the team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and training of the sales team
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team
- Set and track individual and team KPIs
- Run daily team meetings and performance reviews
- Support negotiations and help close deals
- Manage distribution and tracking of company leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager (Dubai real estate agency — not a developer)
- Minimum 5–7 years Dubai real estate experience
- Proven off-plan + resale success
- UAE driving licence + car
