Senior Manager/ Manager – Process Consulting
Job Description
In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and performance enhancement strategies for clients in the Energy & Utilities and Manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Operational Excellence and Process/Cost Optimization initiatives
- Lead and support Business Process Reengineering projects
- Conduct Market Assessments
- Perform Process Maturity Assessments
- Implement ISO Standards
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience for Manager, 9+ for Senior Manager
- Minimum 5 years in consulting
