Job Description
Müller's Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality solutions. You will conduct analysis of customer requirements, design and develop applications, and provide technical guidance on ITSM processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of customer requirements and translate to technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications
- Provide technical guidance on ITSM processes
- Assist in integration with other enterprise applications
- Perform system administration and application performance tuning
- Stay informed about new ServiceNow features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant
