Design & Engineering Services Manager (Retail Property)
Job Description
Oversees all architectural, engineering, and technical design functions from concept to final delivery across major retail and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and engineering design process
- Develop design & engineering policies
- Approve schematic designs and technical drawings
- Direct project master planning
- Manage consultants and external partners
- Secure regulatory permits and approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 10+ years in managerial roles within real estate development
