Store Manager
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets and relaying feedback about customers and products. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market.
Responsibilities
- Drive the store team to achieve the store target and store KPIs
- Ensure store shrinkage to be less than 0.2% of the cost of sale
- Conduct regular financial and stock audits
- Maintain VM standards in the store
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Implement and enforce security measures
- Manage store expenses, budgets, and financial goals
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer centric role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred
