Job Description
As a Solution Manager at Group-IB, you will bridge the gap between fraud prevention technologies and business challenges. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Oversee and coordinate pre-sales activities
- Assess customer needs and fraud risks to recommend strategies
- Develop comprehensive project documentation
- Design and refine solution implementation architecture with customers
- Prepare technical proposals and RFP responses
- Deliver seminars and training sessions on product capabilities
- Assist clients with installation and configuration of solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention
- Proven track record in pre-sales or technical sales
- Understanding of fraud tactics (botnets, malware, social engineering)
- Experience with fraud detection tools and behavioral biometrics
- Fluency in Arabic and English
