Job Description
Support the management and performance optimization of downstream joint ventures within the Eastern Region Fuels Department. The role involves analysis, implementation of solutions, and ensuring compliance for affiliates under the direction of senior professionals. Key tasks include representing Aramco in JV forums, analyzing board resolutions, monitoring compliance with governance requirements, and conducting financial benchmarking. You will identify growth opportunities, facilitate transaction execution, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor assigned Joint Ventures
- Represent Aramco in JV Board and Steering Committee forums
- Analyze Board resolutions and provide recommendations
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Conduct commercial and financial benchmarking
- Draft and negotiate commercial terms of Shareholder Agreements
- Mentor junior professionals and analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
- Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
- At least 5 years in commercial strategy, JV management, M&A, or Business Development
