Claims Analyst
Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Claims Analyst for a 12 Months contract position. The role involves implementation of new clients, handling calls and emails from clients regarding MMSEA requirements, and monitoring data submissions to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of new clients, including training and registration with Medicare.
- Handling calls and emails from clients regarding requirements of MMSEA.
- Maintains positive working relationships with clients.
- Monitors data submissions from clients to ensure they are accurately and timely submitted.
- Coordinates resolution to issues and exceptions generated by error reporting.
- Ensures timely and accurate submissions to Medicare on behalf of clients.
- Provides training to clients on the use of the web portal.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates outstanding internal and external Client Service skills, 3 - 5 years required.
- Strong knowledge and analytical experience with claims data.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicare regulatory requirements preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
