Job Description
Lead the development and execution of all human resources functions for the company’s startup operations in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR policies for startup operations
- Manage employee lifecycle and Saudization requirements
- Liaise with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning
- Act as advisor to Country Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
- Minimum 7–10 years progressive HR experience
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor law
