Job Description

As a Residential Support Representative, you are responsible for driving consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service, warranty support, technical support, and issue resolution. This role provides superior customer service by accurately addressing all customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide positive customer experiences to help troubleshoot basic technical problems
  • Generate and update service request tickets
  • Develop understanding of mechanical and integrated consumer products
  • Utilize reference materials such as catalogs and manuals
  • Participate in internal team chat forums
  • Meet all service level agreements set by management
  • Identify recurring customer issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum 12 months of call center experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to type 35 wpm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
