Job Description
Manufacturing/Production industry preference. Kuwait experience preferred with strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle
- Develop & implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee performance appraisals, compensation & benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws & regulations
- Drive employee engagement, training, and retention strategies
