Pacaud Business Solutions FZC is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing hiring needs. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you’ll manage the full hiring cycle and work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Post job openings on Indeed and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records
- Support onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
