Job Description

Dioz Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and scale our Riyadh operations, owning revenue growth, strategic accounts, and sales leadership across Saudi Arabia. This is a revenue-owning leadership role with direct impact on national growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive KSA-wide B2B revenue and sales strategy
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Acquire and manage key enterprise and government-linked accounts
  • Lead executive-level negotiations for multi-year contracts
  • Forecast revenue and report performance to global HQ

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Arabic and English
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years in senior sales leadership
  • Proven track record of closing large, high-value contracts in KSA
  • Deep understanding of Saudi corporate or government procurement
