Job Description
Dioz Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and scale our Riyadh operations, owning revenue growth, strategic accounts, and sales leadership across Saudi Arabia. This is a revenue-owning leadership role with direct impact on national growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive KSA-wide B2B revenue and sales strategy
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies
- Acquire and manage key enterprise and government-linked accounts
- Lead executive-level negotiations for multi-year contracts
- Forecast revenue and report performance to global HQ
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Arabic and English
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 5+ years in senior sales leadership
- Proven track record of closing large, high-value contracts in KSA
- Deep understanding of Saudi corporate or government procurement
