Payment Solutions Trainer
Job Description
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training to customers on ProgressSoft’s Software Solutions. Interacts with end users, business teams, and technical teams to conduct programs and prepare end-user documentation.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and project managers to determine training needs
- Conduct orientation sessions prior to User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Conduct onsite hands-on training for business users
- Prepare educational material such as presentations and video tutorials
- Conduct evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Work with development teams to understand product requirements
- Stay updated with Electronic Payment Solutions industry
Qualifications
- IT Graduate, with a minimum 2-3 year of experience
- Excellent English & Arabic Language skills (spoken and written)
