Job Description
Architect and implement LLM-based agentic systems including the customer support troubleshooting, analytics, and content-generation tools. This company is building the future of commerce AI in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement LLM-based agentic systems
- Build RAG pipelines optimizing for latency and factuality
- Develop evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge)
- Drive fine-tuning or parameter-efficient adaptation (LoRA, PEFT)
- Mentor junior data scientists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in applied ML/NLP
- 2+ years building and deploying LLM-based systems in production
- Arabic Speaking
