Patient Administration Manager
Job Description
To monitor and manage the patient and front office administration process related to the capturing management and collection of patient service revenue to ensure optimal revenue collection and prevent financial risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team efficiently
- Monitor and manage Revenue Cycle Management governance
- Provide management guidance to the front office
- Review PLP reports to monitor doctors Performance
- Oversee the effectiveness of all client services
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelors Degree in commerce or health or hospitality related field
- At least 3-5 years management experience in a similar position
