Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily People & Culture operations and supporting the Director. This role involves supervising recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll administration, and labor law compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Supervise onboarding for new employees
- Address employee concerns and guide on policies
- Audit practices for legal compliance
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits programs
- Manage performance appraisal processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in People & Culture.
