Sales Manager - Qureos
Job Description
You’ll own end-to-end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI-powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders. This role isn't about waiting for inbound, it’s about hunting, prospecting, and building your own pipeline engine with high precision.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, email sequences, LinkedIn
- Run structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demos
- Navigate multiple stakeholders: HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs, finance
- Maintain crystal-clear weekly forecast accuracy
- Use HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in B2B sales in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS
- Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
