Project Control Manager (EOI)
Job Description
Spearhead project control activities within the rail sector. Responsible for the overall planning, monitoring, and control of rail projects to support Saudi Vision 2030.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of project control frameworks
- Establish project baselines for scope, cost, and schedule
- Conduct risk assessments specific to rail projects
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Minimum of 20 years of project control experience
- 10 years of experience in the rail sector
