Job Description
Tabeer Developments is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Arjan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and exceptional leadership skills to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth transactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Arjan
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
