Job Description
Lead regional logistics operations across the UAE for JD.com. Overseeing strategic planning, financial growth, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall strategy, operations, and profit growth for UAE logistics
- Execute a 3–5-year regional logistics strategy
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations
- Lead negotiations with key accounts
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the region
- Develop a high performing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- 5+ years in regional or senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics
