Job Description
Enerjisa is seeking a leader to execute bank borrowing processes, manage relationships with international financial institutions, and monitor financial risk management.
Responsibilities
- Executing bank borrowing processes and loan documentation
- Management of borrowing from international financial institutions
- Executing credit rating processes and interactions
- Executing local bond issuance processes
- Monitoring and reporting of FX hedging and funding needs
- Preparing financial risk management models for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or engineering
- Min 5 years of related experience in Finance / Project Finance
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of debt instruments and financing structures
