Job Description
Achieve sales targets by managing relationships with doctors and pharmacists in your territory. You will market Cipla's brands, provide customer service, and ensure product availability to reach overall business targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer-brand matrix through market studies
- Promote products using scientific tools and demonstrations
- Ensure monthly Doctor Conversion rate increases
- Ensure Product Availability within the territory
- Monitor product consumption, stock, and expiry
- Maintain standard call averages and travel plans
- Attend therapy and behavioral training programs
- Manage customer relationships and answer queries
Qualifications
- BS degree in pharmaceutical / Medical / Dental science
- 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
