Station Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and reliable operation of large power station equipment. Lead and supervise daily Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities. Manage and guide technicians and maintenance teams. Maintain uninterrupted and efficient power generation. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults. Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards. Prepare detailed technical, maintenance, and performance reports.

Qualifications
- University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in O&M of large power stations
- At least 3 years of proven supervisory experience
