Program Operations & Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The Program Operations & Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for promoting and selling educational programs aimed at professionals and lifelong learners, and for achieving set enrollment and revenue targets. The role also entails implementing these programs while handling marketing and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Promotes and sells ACE programs to prospective participants
- Maintains a sales pipeline and meets enrollment targets
- Develops and implements sales objectives
- Collaborates with marketing team for promotional materials
- Handles aspects of program delivery including scheduling and logistics
- Coordinates with instructors and facilitators
- Ensures programs are executed within approved budgets
- Collects and analyzes program data for evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with at least 3 years in sales or marketing
- Certification in Social Media Branding or Sales Techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and written skills in Arabic and English
- Service excellence and customer focus
