Events Sales Executive
Job Description
Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is looking for an Sales Executive to join our Events team. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue targets and ensuring the successful sales, planning, execution, and seamless coordination of events and group bookings.
Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end sales and execution for meetings and events
- Acts as main liaison between customer and hotel operations
- Leads site inspections and pre-/post-event meetings
- Upsells during pre-event and event stages
- Conducts sales activities including face-to-face calls
- Collaborates with internal departments
- Resolves guest issues
Qualifications
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel or administrative sales roles
