Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide professional advice and market insights to clients
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
- Maintain and update property listings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyzing market trends
- Meeting the sales targets
- Attending developers meeting and briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Patient, result-driven, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
- Presentable and ambitious with a professional demeanor
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
