Job Description

Responsible for the overall profitability, growth, and operational excellence of the Mechanical Construction Equipment & Power Tools Division. The role oversees sales, operations, logistics, aftersales service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategy to drive revenue growth
Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the division
Set KPIs and sales targets
Work with Sales Manager to develop implementation strategies
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain
Manage aftersales service, warranties, and technical support
Lead and mentor sales, operations, and logistics teams
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in sales & operations management
