Landscape Engineer, Surface Maintenance
Job Description
The Landscape Engineer is responsible for safeguarding and delivering the approved landscape design intent during construction. This role ensures that all landscape works—including hardscape, softscape, and irrigation—are executed in full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all landscape works comply with design packages and specifications
- Interpret landscape designs into clear site requirements
- Conduct site inspections of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems
- Review landscape materials, samples, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialist subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in landscape construction supervision and project delivery
