Executive Assistant to CEO – Business Operations
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant – Business Operations & Strategy to work closely with senior management. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and involves active participation in business operations, performance management, reporting systems, and strategic coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between leadership and departments, ensuring smooth execution of plans, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to senior management in daily operations
- Manage schedules, meetings, priorities, and official correspondence
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for management reviews
- Organize and attend management and departmental meetings
- Prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and circulate action items
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure regular and accurate reporting
- Monitor operational performance and escalate gaps when required
- Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring KRA & KPI frameworks
- Coordinate with business heads on growth initiatives and new opportunities
- Support management in developing and improving company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business operations and performance management
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
