Job Description
Assist in the creation, development, and execution of human resources initiatives, policies, and systems. Monitor and coordinate HR and legal procedures specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and employee documentation
- Handle employee registration and deregistration with agencies
- Maintain records of working hours, attendance, and leave
- Implement and improve the onboarding process
- Support recruitment activities and candidate screening
Qualifications
- Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field
