Business Systems Analyst
Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and competent Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The candidate will lead mapping of end-to-end operational processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, and identify operational gaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead mapping of end-to-end operational processes
- Design current-state and future-state process blueprints
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
- Translate operational needs into technical documentation (BRDs, User Stories)
- Review and validate proposed technical solutions including APIs and middleware
- Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate end-to-end data flows across systems
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or equivalent
- Certificate in Business Analysis (CBAP) or PMP/Agile is a plus
- Good command of English and Arabic, French is a plus
