HSE Manager
Job Description
The HSE Manager supports plant management in implementing company and regulatory HSE requirements for 24/7 O&M activities at an industrial facility.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute annual HSE objectives and KPIs
- Lead the plant HSE team
- Oversee PTW, LOTO, and energy isolation controls
- Lead risk assessments for O&M operations (toxic gases, ATEX, etc.)
- Develop and test Emergency Response Plans
- Lead incident investigations using ICAM or TapRooT
- Monitor contractor compliance
- Coordinate safety training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HSE management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in OHS or Environmental Science
- NEBOSH International Diploma
- ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor certification
- IOSH Certified Member
