National Warranty Manager
Job Description
The National Warranty Manager is responsible for managing Petromin Nissan aftersales warranty operation at national level; implementing warranty governance framework ensuring strict compliance; managing day-to-daily warranty operation that includes warranty processes, claims, and follow up with Nissan.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft a robust warranty governance framework
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency in defining warranty terms
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the national warranty program
- Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics
- Manage nationwide warranty processes, claims, and PN warranty operations
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends in warranty claims
- Negotiate favorable pricing for warranty parts while maintaining quality standards
- Manage reconciliation of all warranty receivables with corresponding payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Business Administration
- CQM (Certification in Quality Management)
- EIAC Warranty or Automotive related certifications
- Nissan-sponsored Warranty Management Training Certification
- Minimum 10 years experience out of which 3 years in a similar capacity
