Job Description

The National Warranty Manager is responsible for managing Petromin Nissan aftersales warranty operation at national level; implementing warranty governance framework ensuring strict compliance; managing day-to-daily warranty operation that includes warranty processes, claims, and follow up with Nissan.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to craft a robust warranty governance framework
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency in defining warranty terms
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the national warranty program
  • Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics
  • Manage nationwide warranty processes, claims, and PN warranty operations
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends in warranty claims
  • Negotiate favorable pricing for warranty parts while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage reconciliation of all warranty receivables with corresponding payments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or Business Administration
  • CQM (Certification in Quality Management)
  • EIAC Warranty or Automotive related certifications
  • Nissan-sponsored Warranty Management Training Certification
  • Minimum 10 years experience out of which 3 years in a similar capacity
