Job Description

The Handover Specialist manages the final transfer of completed properties from RSG to buyer, ensuring quality, handling documentation, and coordinating teams. The focus is on building lasting relationships and upholding high standards of service. Serve as the main point of contact for clients at Handover, ensuring concerns are addressed professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end property handover process
  • Act as main point of contact for clients
  • Conduct pre-handover inspections (snagging)
  • Manage and process handover documents and legal paperwork
  • Liaise with sales operations, legal, and finance teams
  • Produce reports on handover progress and business reviews
  • Accurate record keeping in CRM system
  • Coordinate with departments for snag resolution
  • Prepares reports summarizing units handed over

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Professional qualification in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Customer Care
  • At least 3 years’ experience, with 2 years in management or controlling role
  • Arabic & English speaker
