Job Description
The Team Leader for Personal Loan Sales is responsible for leading a high-performing team of 10-12 sales representatives focused on selling personal loans. The role involves managing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring targets and customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance performance
- Identify improvement areas and provide training
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Track team performance against set targets and KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address complaints
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of sales leadership experience in the UAE
- Experience specifically in the banking sector
