Job Description
Responsible for providing various cash based services to customers over the counter in an efficient, courteous and error-free manner. Promotes cost consciousness and efficiency while identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Carry out branch cash and other teller-related transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing expeditious service
- Examine checks for endorsements and legal compliance
- Identify suitable opportunities to cross-sell products
- Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers daily
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree University graduate
- Majors in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or IT preferred
