Job Description
The Operations Manager / Executive will be responsible for overseeing multi-site soft services operations while serving as a strategic client partner. The primary objective of this role is to ensure service excellence, full contract compliance (SLA/KPIs), and sustainable business growth in line with Dubai market standards and local regulations.

Qualifications
