Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our interior fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in blue-collar recruitment—particularly carpenters, painters, electricians, gypsum workers, and other site labor roles—along with solid knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end blue-collar and staff recruitment for project and office needs
- Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
- Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Support overall organizational development and HR planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as HR Manager in construction or interior fit-out is required
- Strong background in blue-collar recruitment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiar with HR systems, MS Office, and labor law requirements
