Job Description
To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro-business customers into financed clients while maintaining underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and activation of onboarded customers
- Source new eligible micro-businesses through field prospecting
- Educate customers on products and eligibility
- Collect and submit complete applications
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets
- Build long-term client relationships
- Adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending)
- Experience dealing with micro business clients highly preferred
