Head of Media (Remote from Germany)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic media leader who can combine creative vision with strategic execution to elevate the organization’s online presence. This role offers the opportunity to shape the voice and identity of the brand across multiple digital platforms, driving engagement and audience growth. You will lead a talented, cross-functional media team and develop innovative content franchises.
Responsibilities
- Develop recurring online content franchises and media properties
- Lead and grow a small but agile media team
- Expand the organization’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Serve as the brand’s voice on social platforms
- Drive social brainstorming sessions and creative sprints
- Collaborate with partners, creators, and influencers
- Analyze performance metrics and report on media impact
Qualifications
- Strong alignment with organizational values and cultural fluency in digital media trends
- Exceptional English proficiency (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
- Hands-on experience in ideating, scripting, shooting, and posting content
- Proven track record growing social channels and media properties
- Portfolio or social handles demonstrating successful audience-building content
- Excellent storytelling and creative judgment
