Job Description
Support kitchen and food & beverage operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized back-of-house environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and dishwashing areas
- Operating dishwashing machines and handling chemicals safely
- Assisting with garbage disposal and waste segregation
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Helper is an advantage
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Basic communication skills in English
