As an Executive Assistant, you will be the trusted partner to our executives—managing schedules, streamlining communication, and coordinating projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations aligned and ensuring that leadership can focus on strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Draft, edit, and organize correspondence (emails, reports, presentations)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation as needed
- Assist in workflow optimization and operational documentation
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
